Assaf Keynnan

Twenty-two years of experience in electro-optic concepts and analysis with an emphasis on creating technical solutions for customers, creating effective proposals, providing effective intra-team communication on technical topics and garnering the support of management for funding these efforts. I have also been active in developing effective relationships between my employers and the small business community that provides technology innovations.

My collaborations with the science community focused on mission concept development, proposal management and leading technology development in support of these efforts. In all cases, risk and cost assessments were a critical focus.

I have a strong academic background from BGU (MSc in Electro-optics and BSc in Nuclear Engineering)

I am structured, analytic and always aim to be productive at the highest level of quality.
